Wilmeth and Raven Ridge Gate Placement Details

Orange- Placement of gate will be right in between large brick columns on Wilmeth Drive. Gate will swing open towards Sheffield.

Yellow- Area between the yellow dashes is the area to be abandoned by the County and to be recorded as private. This is the only area of Wilmeth Drive that will be private. The rest will remain public and therefore maintained by the County NOT Sheffield.

Green- Area to be widened to accommodate turn around. Small portions (in the right of way) at the corner or Megson and Wilmeth will be widened.

Signage will be installed throughout the neighborhood to let vehicles know that there is no exit out Wilmeth Drive for non residents.
