Koupela and Raven Ridge Gate Placement Details

Orange- Placement of gate will be at the end of Koupela Drive. This gate will slide instead of swing.

Yellow- Area between the yellow dashes is the area to be abandoned by the County and to be recorded as private. This is the only area of Koupela Drive that will be private. The rest will remain public and therefore maintained by the County NOT Sheffield.

Green- A hammer head turn around will be created in the green lines marked on the map. About 20 feet on each side of existing road (within the right of way) will be paved to create this turn around. Houses next to this turn around are in favor of design.

Some additional landscaping will be added to increase the curb appeal of the entrance

Signage will be installed throughout the neighborhood to let vehicles know there is no exit out on the north end of Koupela Drive for those who are not residents.
